Terms & Conditions

1. Inventory Listing Guidelines

Suppliers posting inventory on the BSB platform must follow the below guidelines:

  • Each listing must clearly specify grade, quantity, and location of material.
  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) must be mentioned in every offer.
  • Suppliers must ensure regular price updates as per market movement.
  • Each offer must specify price validity period.
  • Posting irrelevant, misleading, or unrealistic prices is strictly prohibited.
  • Suppliers must ensure actual inventory availability before posting offers.
  • Duplicate or spam listings may be removed by the BSB admin panel.
  • Suppliers must respond to buyer enquiries within a reasonable response time.

2. Deal Closure Process

To maintain transparency and deal protection:

  • All confirmed deals will be supported by system-generated Purchase Order (PO) or Sales Order (SO).
  • These documents will act as the official reference for the transaction.
  • Buyers participating through the platform may receive buyer loyalty incentives for confirmed trades.
  • Suppliers and buyers are encouraged to complete transactions through the BSB system for proper tracking and protection.

3. Non-Compliance

  • Once a deal is confirmed through the platform, both parties are expected to honor the commitment.
  • Backing out of a confirmed deal without valid reason may lead to restricted platform access or suspension.

4. Logistics Policy

  • For trades facilitated through the BSB system, logistics services from BSB-approved transport vendors may be required to ensure operational efficiency and proper tracking of shipments.

5. NBFC Credit Usage

  • Credit provided through BSB’s NBFC partners is intended strictly for purchasing material through the BSB ecosystem.
  • Such credit facilities should not be diverted for off-platform transactions.

6. Off-Platform Transactions

  • BSB will not take responsibility for any deals conducted outside the platform without system-generated documentation, platform involvement or without use of BSB empaneled logistic service.

7. Trade Dispute Resolution

  • In case of trade disputes, system-generated SO/PO and call recordings (where applicable) may be used as reference documents for resolving issues.

8. Supplier Credit Risk

  • If a supplier provides book credit directly to a buyer, it will be entirely at the supplier’s own risk.
  • BSB recommends using verified NBFC partners for structured credit transactions.

9. Payment Terms

  • To reduce disputes and financial risks, participants are encouraged to conduct trades on clear and mutually agreed payment terms, preferably cash or structured financing through approved partners.

10. Platform Integrity

  • Suppliers and buyers must maintain fair trading practices and ensure the information shared on the platform is accurate and genuine.
  • BSB reserves the right to monitor activity, remove listings, or restrict access if platform policies are violated.
